CIP Reporting 'How to' Guide

This guide explains how to change CIP’s Default logo and Organizational Unit’s logos.

Changing CIP’s Default logo.

To change CIP’s Default logo, follow next steps below.

1. You must have access to the CIP System as a System Administrator.

2. Then, go to Settings.

3. Once inside, look for the section: Reporting Configuration.

4. Next, you need to look for the following setting: Customize logo image used in system and reports.

The size of the logo image is important since it will be displayed at the same size. We recommended to prepare the image before uploading. A size of about 100px is suggested.
The system only accepts .JPG or .JPEG files.

When done the system will the display the new logo.

If Organizational Units (OUs) are enabled in the system you can change their individual logos as well.

1. You must have access to CIP System as System Administrator.

2. Go to Organizational Units.

3. Click on an OU.

4. Afterwards, there is a section called: Document Header Overrides, the last option in there has a button to upload a picture, click on it and choose the new picture for the OU.

5. Once the image has been uploaded, please scroll down and click Save in order to execute the changes.
