Placing a system in Maintenance Mode will kick out ALL users.

Only the ‘admin’ user is capable of logging into the system when it’s in Maintenance Mode, so it is imperative to have access to this profile before following the steps below. If you do not have access to this profile then you can reset the password by following the steps on the guide in this link.

Reset Admin Password

The ‘admin’ user IS NOT a user who happens to have access to the System Administration profile, it is a the Administrator user with ‘admin’ as the username. If you use any other user to put the system in Maintenance Mode you will be immediately logged out and won’t be able to disable Maintenance Mode without logging in with the ‘admin’ user.

  1. Log into the system with the ‘admin’ user and go to the Utilities section:

  2. Click on Maintenance Mode

  3. From here you can Enable or Disable Maintenance Mode
