Replace a BIRT Report
CIP Reporting 'How to' Guide
This guide will show you to replace a BIRT Report Analytic File in your system.
1.- As a first step you need to have access to the System Administration Profile, then go to Business Intelligence.
2.- On the navbar there’s a button to add a new Analytic as shown in the image below, click on it.
3.- A window will pop up asking you to select a new analytic, you can do so by clicking Choose File.
4.- Please select the new BIRT Report Analytic File meant to replace the old one, it should have the .rptdesign extension.
Once the file is uploaded, you should see the following message at the top.
The new BIRT Report Analytic File should automatically replace the existing one in your system. Please check to make sure you don’t have 2 analytics with the same name after uploading the new file, if you do then please delete both of them from the system before uploading the new BIRT Report Analytic File again.
5.- Done.
